Oral Fluid DUI/D Drug Testing

This training will provide an in-depth overview of the program and how law enforcement can use oral fluid testing in DUI/D investigations.

Description

Oral fluid drug screening devices test for recent use of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamine, opioids, and benzodiazepines.  These devices may be utilized by law enforcement during a DUI stop or crash to establish probable cause.

This course has been approved for 4.0 hours of continuing education credit by the Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission.
